Design Philosophy

Gerry is inspired by various design aesthetics, nature and experiences and utilizes them in his work. When creating his projects, traditional values of form & function play heavily in the design process. Even when working on very contemporary interiors, classic architectural forms and proportions influence him.

Gerry recognizes that each client has their own individual personalities, tastes, requirements and budgets. And those needs and desires are foremost in his approach to each project. He believes in creating interiors that are reflective of his clients’ wishes and giving them environments that are personal to them and not to himself. His goal is to meet and exceed expectations.

Every project should be one of collaboration and Gerry prides himself in being a team player and believes that this type of relationship is essential throughout the design and construction process. He believes in working closely with each client and, if applicable, their architect, landscape architect, builder and sub contractors.
